That was my question. Where are the Czars being accounted for and how much are they and their inevitable large staffs being paid? Do they report directly to 0bama or do they have somebody overseeing what they are doing? The Czars are simply there to add liberal cronies to the federal payroll and to reward contributors to 0bama’s campaign. They have no real jobs or authority.
