As long as it keeps making you go hmmmmm, it's a win for Obama. If it ever starts making the sheeple go hmmmmm, expect a quick resolution.
At this point, the Supremes are powerless. If it were indeed shown he's ineligible, it would be up to Congress to remove him. The only way they'd do that is enough sheeple are going hmmmmm to make them question their reelection prospects if they don't remove him.
