What if he was found to be constitutionally ineligible prior to the elector's count and swearing in, just no Court had yet ruled that he was ineligible?

In marriage ceremonies, people 'find' whether or not the union is fit, not judges.

Someone would have to produce solid evidence that he isn't Constitutionally eligible. Then the Judiciary and Congress would take over.
