Not sure what the law is in Arkansas but, IIRC in Texas

Murder committed intentionally during an aggravated sexual assault, arson, burglary, kidnapping, obstruction, retaliation, or robbery = DEATH PENALTY

USSC says you cant put ANY "yout" to death, for any reason, if they did it before age 18.

This is prima facea evidence of why you should kill your attackers the first chance you can, because they are going to kill you anyways, and they know they can't get put to death.

(and probably think they'll get a pardon from Obama)
