I only know what I read, and it really doesn’t matter to me what you believe. The history of the Communist and Nazi take over of Europe in the 1920s and 30s is a tale of local police working with the government forces (Stalin’s and Hitler’s) to kill and imprison millions of citizens, and history always repeats itself. The only reason things are moving a bit slower in America is because of our second amendment rights that hold the wolves at bay, but that is not going to last long.
And this isn’t post WW I Germany either, although it seems that President Obama and his supporters are seemingly trying to recreate those economic conditions.
Germans had a long tradition of obedience to their “betters”, going back to their tribal days and on through the feudal period and into the modern era. Americans do not have that tradition, our tradition is of rebellion and disobedience.
