If it can be proved conclusively that any government agency other than the Department of Commerce has the GPS and address information gathered by the 2010 Census and is using it, THAT in itself is grounds for for direct action.
YOu are still approaching this from the quickly being outdated view of legal proof. Just because you cannot definitively prove it, does NOT mean it’s not happening.
MOst of what is happening is not yet provable but is dismantling our America.
