Synopsis: Hawaii's 1974 law requiring employers to provide health insurance for employees working at least 20 hours a week is being is cited by researchers as not an effective way to reach universal healthcare.

Where will we go to escape if we are saddled with Obamacare? Are there any countries left that are good places to live and don’t have nationalized health care?
