Quebec is not Canada . Almost all provincial health services do not include ambulance service . Ontario, as already pointed out here, will charge you $45 , more if it's shown all you needed was a taxi .
But then I've heard in Quebec you need an appointment to make an appointment , so nothing from Quebec suprises me. .
