This is a letter I sent to Ms Bennett, I hope you enjoy...
Dear Ms Bennett,
I thought it was interesting that you choose Sarah Palin for the sitting duck award as apposed to Joe Biden, I think you qualify for the Dick Cheney straight shooter award. Have you eaten at the diner Biden mentioned in the debate? You know the one that has been closed for ten years! How about the famous Biden quote “I have a three letter word for you J O B S”, and of course there is Biden’s classic “stand up Chuck routine” that is hilarious!!
To help you with next years meeting I have come up with a few jokes to help you get things right…(pun intended)
What do you call a journalism graduate from a prestigious college? Unemployed (rim shot)
What do you call a Newspaper that slants stories to the left and publishes fiction as fact and hires reporters that lie? The New York Times or Bankrupt.. But I repeat myself (Apologies to Mark Twain)
Why isn’t there an award for the deaf, dumb and blind reporters who read Braille with their left hand? Because they are indistinguishable from the rest of the journalist!
How do you get 10,000 reporters into a small town in Alaska? Tell them there MIGHT be a scandal involving Sarah Palin.
How do you get 10,000 reporters out of Chicago? Tell them there IS a scandal involving Barack Obama!!
How many reporters does it take to investigate Obama’s college records and why they are sealed, Obama’s involvement with Resko and all the subsequent scandals, ear marks to the hospital where his wife worked, and Obama’s ties to Blagojevich etc? We don’t know because none have ever done it (rim shot).
My last and favorite joke for your next meeting needs an adult advisory and may offend some but I think it is the funniest…DO NOT READ IF EASILY OFFENDED..
How do you tell a journalists mouth from Obama’s *ss hole? You can’t both are puckered and brown from being stuck together so long and the same stuff comes out of both!!
