Cap and Trade will bankrupt the coal industry as our Democrat President promised he would before four fifths of the West Virginia Congressional Delegation and our State’s Democrat Governor endorsed him. Bobby Byrd, who should have retired gracefully many years ago, Jay Rockefeller, the New York carpetbagger whose heart cannot be in Almost Heaven, Alan Mollohan, whose corruption has become public knowledge and last but not anywhere near the least, Nick Rahall, the man who represents the district where most of the state’s coal is.

They will all contend at election time that they did not vote for the carbon cap and trade bill, which may on its face be a true statement. A contention made with a wink and a nod to the liberal fascist from San Francisco whose agenda they endorse and that now controls the lives of millions of Americans through spineless politicians more concerned with their positions in Washington than the people they still pretend to represent.

These Rats have an obligation to pass cap and trade and put their states out of business.

I hope Byrd is also concerned about the healthcare bill.

If subjected to it, he would probably be in Hospice right now, rather than a hospital....

Any Senator from a coal producing state or a oil refining state will vote no on this.

My bet is in NJ, both Menendez and Lautenberg will vote no. With Corzine’s job on the line and with many Democrats sure to get beaten, these two will want to get as far away from this as possible.
