Coleman screwed himself early on by contesting so few ballots. The Democrats, experts in stealing elections, contested thousands more than he did.
That was the difference.

If Pawlenty has any Presidential aspiration (and to me, it seems that he does), he won't certify the comedian until SCOTUS has had their say - assuming that Coleman continues to fight.
If Coleman acquiesces, I don't suppose Pawlenty has much of choice, other than certifying Frankenstein.

history will record that al franken took his place as a democrat senator, and nothing will ever change that.

Coleman conceded.
The only recourse would be for a citizen of Minnesota to file an injunction.
However, that would fail.

I believe it was Thomas Jefferson who thanked the court for its decision and then said someting like, "Let them enforce it."
Paulenty should follow his lead.

Why not certify? Dim-bulb-crats are most certainly all certifiable.
To: JohnBrowdie
Yes any state that elected Franken, legally or not, has shamed itself.
They are a laughing stock and I dont say that because Franken is funny.

"Coleman conceded." I just saw that. What a sad, sad day for the country. Minnesotans should be ashamed of themselves. But, I really didn't expect much else in a state that gave rise to Jesse "the body" Ventura.

Yeah, he should have contested more. But why did the dems need 60 votes when they already had 59 to have a filibuster proof Senate, especially when there are RINOS in the Senate?

At this point, it would just be a delay tactic.
