We are a nation of laws, not men and women. In your dreams, Norm. That might've been true before the Age of Obama, but we're in new territory now with a filibuster proof commie senate for at least the next two years.

At the very least, Franken rhetoric can be used to raise money for the spineless GOP.

Sad day in Minnesotan and US history when a low-life like Franken steals the election.

Obama, the Dems and ACORN will bring bogus ballots to bear in any election which is close. They have the numbers to assure close elections in many places, Minnesota was one of them. If the election were held today, things might have been much different.
But having Franken ther probably will make little difference anyway with Snowe and Collins and Graham and McCain still holding Senate seats.
Coleman could AT LEAST have held out until AFTER the vote on Cap and Trade.
But if Cap and Trade DOES go throug, the results will probably send even Democrats to the polls to unseat Obama in the next election.

"But if Cap and Trade DOES go through, the results will probably send even Democrats to the polls to unseat Obama in the next election." I hope you're right.
Even with Franken, I still don't think the Senate has the votes to pass it, at least not in it's current form. But, the vote would be very, very close - so I suppose anything is possible once the White House thugocracy gets in the game.

Let’s see now...we’ve got a probable muslim in the Oval Office who’s likely from Kenya, an angry afro as first
(ahem) lady, a third rate comedian now in the Senate, a peter puffer as chair of House Banking, a felon tax cheat in charge of our money, and a communist grandmother as Speaker.
