Thats the point... he’s not even going to bother trying to sue even if the statements were false. I think Rush would only state true statements on the issue because of ratings and credibility though, not fear of lawsuits

But there’s another point to be drawn.
No, he wouldn’t have to sue: all he would have to do is produce evidence that he is a natural born citizen and then it’s a dead issue.
But he has fought this question with hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, as well as the power of the main stream media, leading to the conclusion regarding all this sturm und drang: he can’t because he’s not, and he’s occupying the office in violation of Article II of the US Constitution, after having sworn to defend and uphold that document.
As long as he `stonewalls’ & there is no Washington Post to badger him 24/7, I guess we’ll never know whether his administration was or was not lawless from day one.
