I agree, if there was sufficient proof (which I don’t think there was at the time). However,if there is now sufficient proof of it, itis actually the perfect time. His popularity is beginning to wane (just look at Rasmussen), he is about to cram through both health care and cap and trade which will ruin our country perhaps forever. Showing a credible, well supported charge of this kind now would be grounds for impeachment and would likely get support from all of the GOP senators and probably a sufficient number of dems as well (even the hard-left ones like Durbin and Reid would be stuck between a rock and a hardplace). Should be no problem getting 3/4 of the states either.
If it plays out in this fashion, it would put a chill over anything Oba proposed or supported. It wouldn’t end the march to socialism but it would drastically slow it down some until 2010 for the GOP to take back congress.
Also, although he is no better in the short term, if Biden were made president as he would be in the case of Obama’s impeachment, it could easily be a solid win in 2012 for a GOP president because the American people can see Biden’s stupidity up close. Rightfully or wrongfully they will make comparisons to Bush despite the media’s attempt to support him and would want him out.

Even if it could be absolutely proved that he was born in Kenya, who is going to remove him? Impeachment? I don't think so. The cowards in congress will not risk taking the blame for the urban violence/melt down that would follow. Personally I don't care if the cities burn a little bit, thats why we private citizens, the National Guard, and regular Army have ammunition. But I don't think anybody in power is going to take the risk. The government would allow Obama to remain in power, but there would be a huge constitutional crisis across the nation. And there would be a lot of civil unrest from folks like us. Nobody currently in power will remove him from power. Unless we made a giant march on Washington and closed the city down for about 3-4 weeks. But I don't see that happening unless we are willing to fight a civil war to defend the constitution.
