My take is that he’s bringing attention to the issue with humor, not that he knows what’s what. It keeps the issue alive as a question that still exists out there.
I don’t agree. He’s been silent for months. Why now? Rush wouldn’t bring it up at all if there wasn’t something going on. He has absolutely now need to be humorous about so important an issue.
