What a scumbag Rusty is. Conservatives in MO-3 have never had a representative in the House. His libtard, baby kill-enabling sister, Robin is running for Kit Bond’s US Senate seat. She’ll run unopposed by any other Dim due mainly to the power of her ‘Name Recognition’ and most likely win because all the Repuplicans can come up with for an opponent is Roy Blunt, everybody else, like Sarah Steelman, is supposedly damaged or baggaged goods. One Carnahan in the Congress is bad enough, two will be absolutely monstrous.

BTW, I'm not blindly partisan at all. I voted for Carnahan for governor in 1992...SPECIFICALLY because he was running against the known crook, Webster. Old ''Senator'' Webster, his father, was SO corrupt that -- on advice from the at-the-time Sleaxer of the House -- I counted my fingers very carefully after shaking hands with the bugger.
Maybe so on Talent, but the real battle here is not the substance of the candidate, if that were the criteria, both the Carnahan’s would be working as dog catchers, the battle is name recognition, the Carnahan’s have it, they also have a perceived Martyr in their family in the late Mel. Nobody has ever heard of Catherine Enz, and if they have, it is only as a failed canididate. Steelman has some recent recognition but the party won’t support her. Talent has been in Congress, he has name recognition across Missouri, they can’t cast him as an insider because he is now not an office holder. You can bet the Carni’s will cast Blunt as an inside the beltway insider, and as such out of touch with Missouri Values
Its no wonder nobody with character wants to run for elective office, the media circus is such a meat grinder, I wouldn’t put my family through that hell...
