According to the fruits on the left, Obama isn’t supposed to be in the presidency, because Bush imposed martial law and refused to vacate the office due to the War on Terror. Habeus corpus was suspended, and we were all thrown into camps. Except none of that happened. We knew the people who spoke such nonsense to be either clinically insane, or just lying. It is not crap. "o" is shredding the Constitution daily. He is trying for a bloodless coup by ramping up his orgns., his shredding of the economy, his appeasement and rewards of union members, his plans to make more union members(card check).

Those mentioning how difficult it is to amend the Constitution are correct. However, when you ignore the Constitution and gather all the reins of govt. into the Executive, what the Constitution says does not matter.
