Obama's Racist Judge

Soon the Senate will take up the cause of President Obama's nomination of Sonia Sotomayor to the United States Supreme Court. In the news this week, one of her decisions that appeared before the current court was reversed. With Sotomayor in the news, then, it is time to look her over once again. It must be said, though, that any close scrutiny finds her wanting.

To begin with, it's shocking that President Obma has nominated for a spot on the Supreme Court a judge whose decisions have been reversed or rejected in five out of the six times her cases appeared before that august body. Additionally and by her own admission, she was admitted to Princeton ahead of other law students as a result of affirmative action despite having lower grades. She once gleefully called herself a "perfect affirmative action baby," even as her grades were "highly questionable."

"My test scores were not comparable to that of my colleagues at Princeton or Yale," Sotomayor once said on a discussion panel during an event sponsored by a non-profit law organization in the 1990s.

There seems little doubt now that Judge Sotomator is a racist.

Her legal judgment was clouded by her racism.

Fortunately the Supreme Court was able to dismiss her judgment through its ruling.

This kind of blatant racism and favoritism should not be condoned, tolerated or excused under any circumstances by a future member of the Supreme Court.

That is because this is the dirty little secret that is AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.

Alito’s dissent was a stilleto thru the AA’s scam, which is what it is, nothing more than a money making gambit thru racism.

Right on! Annoy them until you are blue in the face or until they get the clear message we will not stand for meekness on this and other important matters.

I’m white and am not a good basketball player. I deserve to get on the team (using affirmative action as my argument) because there aren’t enough white people on the team. It shouldn’t matter that I’m not qualified based on skill... I’m white and should be given that spot on the team, even if it results in denying a black person that is qualified by skill to be on the team.

For that matter, there should be (roughly) 2 white guys for every 1 black guy on the team because that would represent American proportions properly.

Sound stupid? Yeah, it is. Affirmative action is blatant racism. I fail to see how it’s OK to reject a white person because they’re white but it’s OK to accept a black person because they’re black... Libtards HO!
