black and white, so not black enough to scare anyone, but still “black,” so blacks and other minorities cna claim victory and stick it to the “man” and callow, white, liberal, spoiled, educated-above-their-intelligence, youth can claim street creds by supporting “the black dude” and stick it to Mom and Dad.

Sheep dog. I'm told that the really effective sheep dogs are pied. An all black dog is too wolf-like and scares the sheep. While sheep tend to ignore an all white dog, as it looks like just another sheep.
