Typically the DA tries to list every conceivable crime, each carrying a penalty, and then if they can prove he molested more than once -- just sayin'. The crime of internet posting and the crime of solicitation seem to be different from the molestation itself. Plus, he confessed to more than one incident while online during the sting. I hope the prosecutor can make all of it stick -- and then some.
