I’m sure there is (or can be) a low-cost gizmo that can determine if an incandescent bulb is being used in a specific residence. Maybe some function of a “smart meter” or whatever.

A "smart grid" will just identify you as using "more than your fair share", and you will be cut off.

I'll be moving to a small town in MT to avoid all of this creeping communism.

I’ll be moving a long way from MT and a long way from this country and taking my money with me. He can kiss my a**. We can leave within a few days notice. Already have a nice home ready and waiting.
