A person won’t be able to sell their house until it passes an environmentally friendly test given by a government worker. If the house isn’t up to their standards you must put money into it and fix it before you can sell it. This is only one of the stupid things in this ridiculous bill.
I can see it now. the ACORN inspector will write you up for not having Smart Meters, Shower Conservative Timers, and Obama Bulbs, then there is the issue of the Environmentally Correct landscaping.
