I'm very pleased with this decision. Hopefully, this will make people realize it isn't about Sotomayor's "inspiring life story". It's about her knowledge of the constitution.

My understanding is that her decisions are overturned by SCOTUS 60% of the time. Clearly, that would make her a poor choice as the next member of SCOTUS.

This decision should up that to about 70%.

Permit me to boil this down for those who voted for Zero and are beginning to suffer buyer's remorse: Your candidate has nominated to the highest court in the land a judge whose record would have been better if she had flipped a coin to make her rulings.

The left doesn't give a damn about the Constitution. They only study the Constitution to find loopholes, and tricky rhetorical ways to subvert it.
