What’s scary is that most on the left in California actually believe this. They simply can not comprehend cutting spending. Their whole crowd thinks the same way so they don’t even know anyone who think differently. Their whole world view is spending. Revenue (taxes) must be raised to equal spending in their view, not the other way around. They know nothing else.
