To: Hillarys nightmare

IMHO, The military HERE has a responsibility to overthrow OURS If they think the constitution is being tramped on. After all, they took an oath to defend our constitution, not our political parties.

Does anything in the Constitution allow for a President to be selected or removed by the Army? You can't enforce the Constitution by violating the Constitution. The oath of enlistment reads as follows

I , _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me,

You are absolutely correct, and might I also add that as an officer, they are under no obligation to carry out the direct officer, if that order involves any breach of the Constitution or U S law.
