The real way to end it for the Congress to limit the powers of the court. They can instruct the coutrrt that they can not rule on certain things.

The congress and the executive branches are the will of the people. Activist judges are tyrants and can and should be put in their place or removed through impeachment process.

I was thinking that every USSC decision should be approved by either the executive branch or by 2/3rds majority of congress before it has the force of law. That way you have at least two out of three branches agreeing.

Impeachment is for only “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors”.

Maybe our definition of treason should be honed.

Right, if by "the people" you mean Soros, Acorn, Union bosses and internationalist Wall Street bankers and CEOs. The rest of us appear to have little to say about anything.
