Read what the Constitution has to say on the subject. Then get back to me.

Suffice it to say that Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid would be in charge of any Con Con that happened. Nothing good could possibly come of that.

Because we have a communist government and they would be writing the new constitution. What we have is perfectly fine if legislators would just follow it.
