Haven’t taken a flu shot in some 20 years. Guess what, haven’t been sick. Others that got the shots ended up getting the flu. The excuses from the doctors would boil down to one answer, we vaccinated you with x and you caught y.
Agreed, same here, I don’t get the flu, the guys I work with who get the shot do, and they’re getting a shot they really no nothing about. I take NAC + Vitamin C when the flu is around, works better than any stupid flu shot and zero risk, in fact, it’s beneficial to the body.
