Actually, this may be a great time to challenge Wickard v. Filburn and its cumulative effect rationale. The conservative block of the SC may be willing to overrule Wickard and start narrowing the Commerce Clause.
We could always dare to dream, but I seriously doubt that even the SC is going to stop the statist steamrolling of FedGov.
