The author, Mike Adams, is fighting the good fight over at townhall.com. You should read his stuff; very un-PC and funny. In this case, he's stating the ridiculous arguments for banning the execution of child molesters.

Don’t worry about. We don’t have to execute him. Drop him in general holding after he is convicted and tell the inmates that he likes to rape little black boys. Have the guards take a 5 minute break and come back with a mop.
