Boehner: Climate bill a 'pile of s--t' (it's about time the truth be told)

One Democrat was upset that his leaders would needlessly force vulnerable Dems to vote for a bill that will come back to haunt them.

Maryland's 1st District is one of these super-marginal districts (R+13 according to Cook). Dem Frank Kratovil won by less than 1% of the vote last year, and now has voted for this bill.

In 2010 Obama won't be on the ballot and I suspect Kratovil will be beaten by Andy Harris, the solid conservative who nearly bested him last year.

There is a need to get the contents of this bill to the American people before it hits the Senate. Showing the House members especially the RINOs what they voted for should also be part of this plan.

i use to live in northern va. I remember andy harris. I think he ran against butch for the us senate. i hope harris wins. he beat out a gingrich back RINO.

2) Actually reading the contents of a bill prior to voting on it has, apparently, become controversial. To some. "Secret legislation" would seem to be more at home in a tyranny than a Constitutional Republic.
