I unfortunately have to disagree. I think there are some voters who would vote for anyone who promised them enough. I remember one woman talking about Clinton and how ‘they'll never catch him because he's too smart to be caught’. She was a big fan. Didn't matter if there was something that he could be ‘caught’ doing that wasn't ethical. It just mattered that she felt he was on her side.
