You should also be designating “safe houses” in all communities for when the Marxists start hunting down “terrorist” leaders.
You also need to be refining local techniques to combat the apparatus of the fascist state. That means taking control of your local government. You need some power behind you and power comes from governmernt, including local government. No movement will have any success unless you have a political base to operate from. Check out the period from 1750 to 1775 prior to our revolution. The founders first established local control before taking on the British Crown. I believe we must do the same.
