Not true. Anyone born on US soil is a natural citizen.

Sorry, I think you got it wrong.Being born on US soil is not the determining factor.

If Sarkozy got his wife pregnant, and she had the baby in a hospital in the states, the baby would be a french citizen.

Obamas father was a British citizen of a British Colony. He passed his citzenship on to Obama, a fact documented by British law and acknowledged by Obama.

At best, we have a “Half natural born” citizen in the Whitehouse. Half doesn't cut the mustard.

No that is incorrect.
A “natural born citizen” must have BOTH parents who were American Citizens.

They even agreed to that during McCains eligibility hearings.
look it up.

You do not know that.

Do you know how I know you don't know that?

Because NO ONE knows what the phrase Natural Born Citizen means.

Natural born was defined once. In a 1790 law. The 1795 law that replaced it drops the reference to "Natural Born".

The term hasn't had an actual legal definition since.

There is a difference between a Natural Citizen and a Natural Born Citizen, though I have never heard the term “Natural Citizen” before.

If what you say is true, any Anchor Baby born to Mexican Citizens sneaking across the border illegally would be eligible to be POTUS. This of course is the Liberal ideal, but not what the Founders intended.

The Fourteenth Amendment has caused this confusion, and we as a Country will suffer for it.

that is open to interpretation. The 14th amendment has only been interpreted that way. it may not mean just that.
