House hasn’t voted yet. They’re trying to wrap up floor debate as I type. It’s High Comedy or Tragedy, not that I know the difference with this bunch.
Turns out the Rules Committee inserted 300 pages into the full legislation last night. No printed and properly indexed copy exists in meatspace. Rep. Barton is trying to delay the vote via Parliamentary procedure, not to mention sticking a finger at the Majority for voting on bills that don’t exist, physically, on the House floor.
