Nope: When I typed in "THREAD" under title search, I didn't see yours.

I also didn't see a LIVE THREAD DISCUSSION on the sidebars or under breaking news...thus my thread.

All I see now is:

Anyways, IMHO, this is the most ominus and important bill since the Kenyan got in office.
