If a Republican governor from a Southern state is too much of a hick to identify a foreign national operative of the DNC when he’s approached by her, he should get out of Dodge—he’s not smart enough!!!
He has known her for 8 years. She is not a DNC operative. If the GOP (or the Dims) expelled everyone who has had an extramarital affair, they would have very few candidates.

It isn't the adultery that is the issue, it is his own irresponsibility in leaving the State and not leaving anyone in charge.
That is dereliction of duty and he needs to resign immediately.
