If you have Diabetes, the big news out right now is that you *have* to regularly take Vitamin B-1. This is huge news for diabetics, and the word needs to get out.

“Researchers found people with the disease expelled thiamine - vitamin B1 - from their bodies at 15 times the normal rate in a study of 94 people.

The Warwick University team said thiamine helped ward off complications such as heart disease and eye problems, the Diabetologia journal said. “

Here is information that probably will not be believed by about 90% of the population, but the science is sound. People have been led down the wrong paths in so many cases by conventional wisdom, so-called experts and health nannies, and just plain prejudice.
