There's no regime that does propaganda better than the BBC, they're the elite at it, they're not even remotely impartial.
What the BBC put out is Communist Govt spin, from a completely State funded media machine fully comprised of Common Purpose apparatchiks, no more trustworthy to report fact than Kim Jong Il's regime.
