I can imagine the news and paparazzi hysteria and feeding frenzy for a look at Maria Shapur, the “other woman”. Were I she, I would have found a safe haven from those ghouls. Governor Sanford is far from the first to be felled by his libido nor will he be the last. As Republicans are supposed to be above such earthy urges, he will be scorned rather than idolized for bad behavior like Bill Clinton or Barny Franks who ran a male prostitution out of his basement for gay men...they are Democrats and as such, they have manners and the base morals expected of them.
I can imagine the real Maria, is not the one Sanford knew or she is long vanished into the dem/commy/soros underground waiting on another nice assignment.
