I agree...I also think the Grail is more mythic than anything... similar to the Spear of Destiny...however, I do believe the Ark of the Covenant did exist...now do I think the Ethiopians have it? It’s possible...it will be interesting to see.

Some say the Ark is hidden under Calvery and The Lord Jesus Christs’ blood was dripped on the mercy seat at his Crucifixion.

Consider the shroud of Turin. There is not real, solid evidence it was the burial cloth of Jesus (just a lot of conjeture), but there are millions of people (including ones on this board) that are convinced beyond a doubt that it is.

Is this the ark? The Ethiopians believe it is. If they present even a half-way reasonable case, then I think that (like the shroud) it will be enough to cause millions of people to accept it as the ark.

It will certainly be interesting one way or another.
