Looks like the Dems are 18 votes short at this point. Only 24 more hours to lobby.
I'm not so optimistic. If they didn't have the votes (or thought they had the votes), they would be forcing the issue right now.
They've been frantically saying they had the votes all week.
This is the first I've seen that they may not have them.
