For all those who can handle intense sleep deprivation and never have a serious mental lapse, congratulations.

At home I could see nodding off but in public I was paranoid about protecting my kids and keeping them with me at all times. Shopping was difficult as I paid more attention to the kids and it took twice as long. Hold one and the other had ahold of purse straps or a pocket.
