Where does it say they were FOIA material? Why would a governor use state email systems for personal communications? Why not use a Yahoo account? lol
There is no ‘freedom’ to people’s private emails. Something doesn’t sound right with that.
Why was he sending them on a government email that could be grabbed under FOIA.....
