Once again, the GOP shoots itself in the foot with a sex scandal. The chairman of the Republican Governor’s Association, the man leading the anti-stimulus fight, and a key opponent of Obama totally negated. This will now dominate the news, and the focus on the important policy differences will be subsumed by sensational coverage and joke about ‘family values’ conservatives.
