All I see is another SLEAZY media attack on our best and brightest over a NON-story... and FReepers who take the bait and join in on the bash. Doesn’t speak well to them.
well what i see is political naivete on the part of sanford that he thinks that he can do stuff like this, knowing [or NOT, which is worse] that it could be and was used against him, to make him look flaky or up to no good. i had no feelings about sanford one way or the other before this, i take everything the media says with a box of salt, but the objective facts of this excursion of his make me skeptical of him. we had ensign show his clay feet last week, so any crap like this [away from his family/sons on Fathers day is a huge red flag to me, personally] makes me suspicious.
You know what? I don't give a rat's patootie about the letter after a pol's name.
Sanford needs to be called on this.
Any pol who pulls a stunt like this should be called on it.

But you have to admit, that this was NOT COOL.
Now picture how Couric, Gibson, Matthews, and all the usual suspects went after Palin over seemingly nothing. I want you to picture what they would do with Gov. Sanford over THIS!
