Everybody is under the impressions that Obumb-a said "hope and change", but what he really said was "Rope and Chains". So let's get this right.

If he had said hope and change, it probably meant the only thing you'll have left in your bank account, IRA, 401K, and pocket is change, and hope that he won't take that away as well.
