You ARE including the "other" "greenhouse gas" in that calculation, aren't you, the one nobody talks about?
H2O, water vapor?

That's the biggie the global alarmists don't like to talk about because there's not a dam thing man can do about it.

Yes I am. If we don’t include water vapor, it is still only something like 4% or so. But, like you said - water vapor is the biggy.

I just learned something about “soot” - and how large of a factor that may be with regards to warming. And how, with a reduction in soot, the reduction in global warming effects would be pretty quick (on the order of months to a couple of years). Of course that would mean China and India would need to cut way back on their wood burning - doubt that will happen.

Although I think we are heading to global cooling - which will be much worse than global warming IMHO.
