The one question I have is: after all of these years, Subway has managed to find only ONE person (Jared) who lost weight by eating there?I don't know, I think the weight loss thing is probably legitimate. I know every time I eat there, I lose my appetite (and I don't mean that in a good way)! ;-)

I don’t know how one could eat there and NOT lose weight!
They count the portions out and they are indeed measly. Ask for an extra slice of cheese and you are charged.
