Why the limitation?
The other side is going to piss and moan anyway. Why not give them something to really piss and moan about.
I had originally thought it was because of the $150 gift disclosure trigger under Alaska law but the article says not so. The trustee said in the article that the Governor wanted to keep it grassroots.
Pretty tough restriction.
